I just wonder how the COVID-19 vaccine distribution works in Fredericksburg. I see that 1,200 doses came in, and all available vaccination slots were taken within five minutes. How did that happen? Were 1,200 people just sitting at their PCs waiting for slots to open? I live in Fredericksburg, am over
