Justin Calhoun has been announced by the City of Fredericksburg and Gillespie County as the new Emergency Management coordinator. Calhoun was raised in the North Texas town of Elysian Fields, where he graduated from high school in 2002. He joined the U.S. Army in March 2003, serving in Germany, Iraq
