Early voting shatters first day record

Early voting ahead of the November 2020 General Election began at 7 a.m. Tuesday, and is already breaking records. As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13 (just before press time), Gillespie County had 930 people cast ballots, not including those that hand-delivered mail-in ballots. By the end of the day (7 p.m.
