The all-volunteer Fredericksburg Fourth of July Community Parade and Patriotic Program Committee has made the decision to withdraw their application to the City of Fredericksburg to hold a parade/reverse parade on July 4. This action effectively cancels the Fourth of July parade in any format for 2020.
