			“She was driving 55 miles per hour.” “He lied.” Without context, you cannot evaluate the significance of these statements of fact. Was she in a school zone (too fast), on I-10 heading toward El Paso (too slow), or on Highway 16 just south of Friendship Lane (just right)? Was he lying under oath
