The National Museum of the Pacific War will postpone its book tour with author and historian Rich Frank. The event on Frank’s latest book, “Tower of Skulls Volume 1,” was scheduled to take place Saturday, March 28 in the Nimitz Ballroom, located in the Admiral Nimitz Gallery at 340 E. Main St. It
