Rosemary Estenson is displeased with the amount of wineries and franchises on Main Street, as well as the impact temporary vendors have on local businesses. She voiced her concerns to the Fredericksburg City Council, who heard a presentation from Estenson during its regular meeting Monday night.   Tasting
