City, county IT dodges latest round of viruses

Stories from national news sources recently reported 22 Texas towns were affected by hackers demanding a ransom. A mayor of one of those towns said the attackers would unlock their files if they paid $2.5 million. These hackers caused havoc with municipal governments, making birth and death certificates
