Schreiner University has named qualified students to its President’s and Dean’s Lists. The following students from Fredericksburg were named to the roster of high-achieving students for the 2019 spring term: Jason Conner, Dean’s List; Colby Marthaler, President’s List; Trista Rode, President’s
