HARPER TRACK Three Harper athletes will represent their school in the state’s top competition. Gracie Green, Rebekah Stracke and Slade Dermody all qualified for the UIL Class 2A Track and Field State Championships after placing first or second in their events during the Region IV-2A track meet Friday
