In its sixth year, the Fredericksburg Writers Conference will host local author Marc Hess Thursday, April 18. The meeting, held at the Hill Country University Center, will be from 6-8 p.m. There is no fee or membership requirement to attend. Hess will speak about his path to publication for his book
