Villages of Windcrest to hold grand opening

A grand opening celebration will be held from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at The Villages of Windcrest, an assisted living and memory care community located at 702 W. Windcrest St. The event will feature tastes from Fredericksburg German heritage, Valeo Bites, customized cuisine for the memory care
