City children’s coloring contest deadline nears

The deadline for the City of Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation Department’s first-ever coloring contest will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12. Entries received after this date are not eligible. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. The contest is open to children
