The City of Fredericksburg has announced that Shelley Goodwin has been hired as the new city secretary, effective Thursday, Sept. 20. Goodwin has served as city secretary for the City of Garden Ridge for the past seven years. Prior to her current position, she served 10 years as assistant city clerk
