A total of 61 runners participated in the ninth Harper Parent Teacher Organization 5K on Sunday, Feb. 25, at the Harper Community Park. Chase Junell finished as the race’s overall winner with a time of 16:38 on the 5K course. Tara Bock ran a 24:38 to finish as the top female winner. HARPER PTO
