A Fredericksburg man indicted on sexual assault and indecency with children charges in 2016 has received a life sentence, plus 220 years. Seth McCague Batterton, 32, who worked at a church day care in Fredericksburg, went before Judge Rex Emerson in Kerr County in the 198th District Court Monday, Aug.
