Standard-Radio Post upgrades to improved e-readers, news app

The Fredericksburg Standard-Radio Post has upgraded its e-edition reader and announced a news app for smart phones and tablets, publisher Ken Esten Cooke announced. The Standard-Radio Post has switched to the Olive e-reader, a leading industry software, and more reader friendly upgrade, Cooke said.
