Man charged with indecency looks to withdraw pleas

A Fredericksburg man indicted on sexual assault and indecency charges in 2016 seeks to withdrawal his guilty pleas on 14 of the 16 counts in court. Seth McCague Batterton, 32, who worked at a church day care in Fredericksburg, will go before Judge Rex Emerson in Kerr County in the 198th District Court
