Weekend was one big ouch!

This has been one of the most unsettling weekends in sports that I can remember, since 9/11. I’m not just talking about the uncharacteristic play by the Billies in the 21-6 loss to Burnet last Friday. It’s been the whole of sports, and I’m blaming it squarely on COVID-19.

Golf teams host three tournaments, hit the ground running

After the 2019-20 Fredericksburg High School golf season was cut short due to COVID-19, golfers who set their sights on the fall season, are looking at a truncated schedule. “As of right now, we only have two fall tournaments, due to COVID-19,” said Head Golf Coach Tim Kaman.
