The Fredericksburg High School volleyball team is prepped and ready for the upcoming season with the start of two-a-day practices.
The team began the rigorous practice schedule on Aug. 1 and will continue through Aug. 3.
The Billies will travel to Wimberley for their first two scrimmages of the season Friday, Aug. 4.
The following day, the Billie’s will take the court in Kerrville for scrimmages against the Kerrville Tivy Antlers at Tivy High School.
FHS will return home for their first game of the season, on Tuesday, Aug. 8 against Tivy in the FHS gym.
Freshman and JV will play at 5 and 6 p.m. respectively, followed by varsity at 7 p.m.
Tivy went 10-21 and 2-9 in districts under former FHS coach Jason Roemer.
