Ladyhorns spiked from playoffs
The numbers just didn’t work out for the Harper High School volleyball team as the Ladyhorns found themselves on the wrong side of a threeset match against Weimar in the UIL Region IV 2A Area playoffs.
The postseason competition was played at the Toney Burger Center in Austin on Friday evening.
After taking the first game by a margin of 25-20, Weimar kept the pace to their liking by staying on-task and winning the next two 25-16 and 25-17 to advance in the playoffs.
Weimar will move on to face Burton in the regional quarterfinals.
