Prizes, food being readied for Wild Game Dinner at fair grounds
Final preparations are being made for the 11th annual Wild Game Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Gillespie County Fair Grounds.
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and food will be served until 8:30 p.m.
Tickets are $25, which includes food and drinks, including limited wine and beer.
Prize drawing tickets are $5 each or six for $25.
Advance admission ticket purchases can be made in Fredericksburg at Arrowhead Bank, Lochte Feed and General Store, Stroeher and Olfers and in Stonewall at Allied Ag.
Admission tickets can also be purchased at the gate at the event for the same price ($25).
Over 12 exhibitors, promotional giveaways, live and silent auction items, hunts, vacations, games, prize drawings and the “Challenge Auction” will take place during the event.
Over $200,000 in prizes include a Bad Boy 4-Wheeler donated by McLane Ford and a nine-foot utility trailer donated by Lawrence Trailer Sales.
