The winners of the Fredericksburg Standard-Radio Post’s Cutest and Spookiest Halloween Costume Contest have been announced. In first place was Kinsley Aguirre, who celebrated her first Halloween dressed as a pumpkin. In second place was the Burkett family, who dressed as deer and a hunter.
