Mrs. John (Zeo) Weinheimer

Mrs. John (Zeo) Weinheimer, 81, nee Darlene A. Duecker of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, at Fredericksburg Nursing and Rehab.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with interment following in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Parish Capital Campaign, Old St. Mary’s Church, St. Mary’s School Endowment Fund or the charity of choice.

Arrangements were under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.

Cary Alan Wilke

CARY ALAN WILKE

Cary Alan Wilke, 67, of Fredericksburg, died Monday, Feb. 15, 2016.

Graveside services and interment were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Wilke Family Cemetery at Albert.

Arrangements were under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.

Wilke was born July 4, 1948, in Fredericksburg, the son of Norman Wilke and Mildred Thiele Wilke.

He is survived by one daughter, one son and spouses, Rachael and Ian Owens of Missouri City, and Eric and Jenny Wilke of Frisco.

Survivors also include his mother, Mildred Wilke of Fredericksburg; four grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.

He is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Tim Bargsley of Spicewood.

Wilke was preceded in death by his father and a brother-in-law, Ricky Payne.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors at Nebo or to the charity of choice.

Mrs. Peter J. Crenwelge, 98, nee Edna Strackbein of Doss, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at St. Peter Lutheran Church at Doss.

Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Graveside services and interment will follow at St. Peter Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the St. Peter Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund or to the charity of choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.

Mary Jo (MJ) Barbre

MJ BARBRE

Mary Jo (MJ) Barbre, 81, nee Tipton, of Fort Worth, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2016, at a Fort Worth care center.

A memorial service is planned at The Courtyards at River Park in Fort Worth at a later date.

Ms. Barbre was born July 30, 1934, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charlie and Cecile Tipton.

She earned a master’s degree at Tulsa University and worked at Philbrook Art Museum in Tulsa before moving to Fredericksburg in 1996.

She worked in several local retail boutiques and shops over the years and was a member of Fredericksburg United Methodist Church until moving to Fort Worth in 2014.

Ms. Barbre is survived by two sons, Bill Barbre and his wife, Betsy, of Fort Worth; and Chris Barbre of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a daughter, Susan Barbre of Austin.

Survivors also include a sister, Trudy Beard-Lazaroe of Port Orange, Florida; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

MARTHA 'CATHY' FIEDLER

Martha (Cathy) Fiedler, 63, of Fredericksburg, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016.

A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home with Tommy LeFan officiating.

Ms. Fiedler was born Feb. 3, 1953, in Blanco, the daughter of Herbert Fiedler and Oma Lee Ward Fiedler.

Survivors include a son, Paul W. Biasiolli of San Antonio, and a daughter and son-in-law, Trina and Roger Cortez of Fredericksburg, and five grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hill Country Memorial Hospice or the charity of choice.

Leo Itz, 89, of Fredericksburg, died Friday, Feb. 12, 2016, at Audie Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital in San Antonio.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Faith Baptist Church.

Private family graveside services will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Fisher House of San Antonio or to the charity of choice.

LeRoy Walter Kramer, 78, of San Antonio, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Antonio, with interment following at Meadowlawn Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

Jane G. Livingston

JANE G. LIVINGSTON

Jane G. Livingston, 88, nee Griffith, of Fredericksburg, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016.

A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, in the chapel at Fredericksburg Funeral Home with Chaplain William Karlson officiating.

Mrs. Livingston was born Sept. 20, 1927, in Dallas, the daughter of Robert T. Griffith and Laura Belle Robinson Griffith. She married Sidney Lanier Livingston on Aug. 30, 1947, in Dallas and he survives.

She was a member of Rotary International’s Paul Harris Society.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Livingston is survived by two daughters, Janet A. Livingston of San Antonio and Judy Livingston of Fredericksburg, and a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Betty Livingston of Austin.

Survivors also include five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
