Girls fall in three straight

Fredericksburg High School girls’ soccer has struggled in recent games, with shutout losses to Alamo Heights, Boerne Champion and Kerrville Tivy.
The FHS varsity lost to Alamo Heights, 8-0, on Feb. 18, then 3-0 to Boerne Champion on Feb. 14 and 2-0 to Kerrville Tivy on Feb. 11.
The junior varsity team played Tivy to a scoreless tie on Feb. 11.
The FHS JV lost to Alamo Heights, 0-6, and then to Boerne Champion, 0-7.
Following an open date on Friday, FHS will next play against Boerne. The varsity team will play the Lady Greyhounds at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, while the JV team will play Boerne at 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24. Both games will be in Fredericksburg.
