Lyndon B. Johnson State Park and Historic Site at Stonewall will host its annual Cookie Decorating and German Traditions program on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event is designed to get participants and their family and friends into the “holiday spirit” as they decorate cookies as it was done in the early 20th century for a German Christmas tree.

Other activities at the event include participating in the German holiday traditions of wreath making, candle making and awaiting the arrival of St. Nicholas.
