Golfers third at Cedar Creek

The Fredericksburg High School varsity boys’ golf team placed third at the Nov. 18 Cedar Creek Invitational at Wolfdancer Golf Club in Bastrop.
The Billies shot a 329 and completed in a field of 15 teams.
This was the final varsity golf tournament for the fall semester. The next scheduled FHS golf event will be the junior varsity Red Team at the Smithson Valley JV Invitational at the River Crossing Club on Monday, Dec. 2, at 8 a.m.
Hudson Ross had the lowest score for FHS and was the fifth overall medalist with a 75.
Cole Grona shot an 80 for Fredericksburg.
Tyler Kaman shot an 86, Mills Meier an 88 and Langston James a 93.
