Tickets currently on sale for Oklahoma!
Tickets are on sale now for the Fredericksburg Theater Company summer musical, “Oklahoma!,” which opens Friday, June 28, at the Steve W. Shepherd Theater, located at 1668 U.S. Highway 87 South.
Performances, which continue through July 14, will be held Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m.
“FTC is proud to finally produce this award winning production. Up until tonight, we have produced three of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s beloved musicals, ‘South Pacific,’ ‘The Sound of Music’ and ‘The King and I,’” director Kerry Goff said. “It is our pleasure to bring Oklahoma! to life.”
“So much time, talent and resources have gone in to bringing this classic to the Steve W. Shepherd Theater stage,” he added. “It has taken around 100 people to make this summer musical possible with the cast of 36 along with the countless volunteers behind the scenes building sets, sewing costumes, ticketing, ushering and handing out posters to spread the word. FTC is thankful that our community continues to embrace, support and love this theater company after 16 incredible seasons.”
